Welcome
to the Grow Iowa Tour
The
IBF is currently drafting its Mid-Decade Assessment
of the Imagine Iowa 2010 Vision Plan and this
December the IBF will be hosting its third Bi-Annual
Legislative Summit. Both are
critical tools in moving Iowa forward with a common
vision.
In
preparation for these efforts the IBF has selected
30 Iowa communities for the
Grow Iowa Tour.
In cooperation with our Iowa Growth Partners,
the IBF is dispatching teams of experts from
around Iowa
as
well
as a video team
and photographer to spend time in each
Tour community. Their
mission is to listen and learn.
We
are taking the pulse of Iowa in the streets,
businesses, and gathering places where real
Iowans live and work. We are seeking honest and
open input
to identify roadblocks to our growth.
We are sharing opportunities and best practices
within
and between communities.
We
are growing Iowa
